Out of Area on the display

Has anyone found a fix for “Out of Area” messages on the display on BT Digital Voice? Since I was converted to Digital Voice about a month ago, my Panasonic cordless phones display “Out of Area” on calls from mobiles or non geographic numbers, for example businesses with a Corporate CLI. Also happens on calls that don’t have a CLI.
