My personal blocked list is full on my landline phone. Can I access the list online to delete some numbers? If so how do I access it - the instructions don't work on my computer as I can't see the BT Call Protect page.

My BT homepage > Your products > Digital Voice > Call Protect > Manage > Your blocklist > Manage > voilà
@jb_bse Except you are totally wasting your time blacklisting what is effectively an infinite amount of numbers.
Whitelisting using an appropriate phone is the only realistic method of screening scammers.
Thank you .
I am aware of the whitelist way round this but it would mean some genuine calls get blocked (from numbers I don't know) wouldn't it?
No, they would simply need to announce themselves giving you the opportunity to answer the call and also add the number to the list if expected to be a regular caller. Scammers don't announce themselves.
But BT doesn't offer this?

It depends on the phone.
It's not a service, it's a device thing.
Google Truecall.
Thanks.
