My elderly relatives were upgraded to Digital voice over DSL three months ago, the existing phone has not worked properly since it was installed on a Wifi box ( rings 3x then gets NU tone) and the emergency phone has no dial tone and does not ring on incoming calls. They have called in to BT repair many times but 3 months later they a still relying on their mobile phones.
Are there any community members that can escalate this?
