About a week ago I received an email and then a letter stating that my line would be moved over to the Digital Voice service "within the next 30 days".
I want to delay migration over to Digital Voice for the time being.
The email and letter provided a web link to request a delay to this happening - the link is...

...which redirects to this URL...

However when I input my BT account number I get back the message:
"You’re not part of the Digital Voice migration"
I've tried over several days but I still get the same message. How best to proceed?

I suspect is you do absolutely nothing at all it probably will not happen for quite a while so perhaps just wait to see what happens.
When they sent me 30 days notice it ended up taking 92 days.
And I see they are delaying it to 2027 now for some and only forcing those on to it who are not vulnerable and have NOT made a call on their landline (I think I make calls on both landline numbers each other - £50 of calls on one line this month alone..... as sadly don't even get free calls).
