Have any one also had problems with digital voice ?
Since installation I can only make outgoing calls. At first all incoming calls were directed to my voice mail.
Yesterday I got a email from BT saying they were cutting off my landline and charging me to do so.
Now if you ring me all you get is a busy signal,
I've spent 2 hours on with BT about this. Strangely I can still make outgoing calls.
You don’t indicate when you were changed to DV, so this might be irrelevant to you.
I did find when I changed that it needed a reboot of the hub to get it working properly, even though the hub was telling that it was working.
