Hi, I have just renewed my Broadband service and received an Advanced Digital Home Phone.
I just got a BT text message asking me to 'restart' my phone to enable network updates. How do I restart my phone? Is it the same as Reset? Does it mean restart the smart hub?

That will be referring to restarting your mobile, not home phone.
there are other similar posts and it is to update network settings on mobile - just restart
