BT Phone Problem (Digital Voice) Engaged Tone.

I have same issue. When i first set up the adaptor and phone it worked fine for months.

Now recently I have the continuos engaged tone and cannot use my old phone.

The new Digital phone works fine.

I have disconnected and reconnected to adaptor, but same result with continuous engaged tone.

The phone itself rings when someone calls, but we cannot answer it or dial out.

UPDATE!!.... Plugging phone directly into the bt hub it worked!
Therefore i assume there is something wrong with the remote adapter.
Investigations continue...
