@NeilO sorry to jump on this thread but I’m having the same issue with my mother-in-law. She’s just been out on a fibre phone line and has lost her Caller ID (her handset does support it). I’ve clicked it on My BT and it’s been more than 24 hours but still no joy. Can you help, please? Thank you.
Hi @MrsG83 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry your mother in laws caller display is not working after moving to digital voice. Is the phone now connected directly to the green port on her home hub or is she using an adapter?

Yes, it’s plugged into the green socket on the back of her hub.
