I moved from Sky broadband to bt yesterday. Sky was on VOIP and worked perfectly. After the engineer left yesterday having installed a Smart Hub 2 I realised the landline showed ‘check phone line’. The phone does not function when called from another number. Its plugged into the green socket on the back of the hub.

does the hub manager show your phone as active? if not phone FTTP TEAM 08005874787 and they should be able to help
if diverted to CS then hang up and try again later
