Cancelling Caller Redirect

I also have been ripped off by BT charging me for caller redirect for nearly 3 years now!

I have phoned them numerous times and they keep saying they have stopped it, then I get a bill with it on again. At my wits end and just want to leave BT now.

According to other posts I’ve read I’m obviously not the only one.
