I am just about going round the bend since renewing my contract on 14th December 2024.
I have had no landline since then and have bought new phones 2nd lot since October.
I now realise I been put on digital with no information.
I am a 78year old Diabetic on Insulin and need my land line.
I am disgusted at no ability to speak to someone to get help with what is going on.
BT are doing the government's job for them to get rid of us elderly people! Covid didn't work but maybe this will?!!

Analogue phone connections are no longer available, so new and re-contacting customers are moved onto BT Digital Voice.
All that has changed is simply where you plug your phone in.
