Hi I don’t no if you still help via here but I really need some advice or help. I have had a bt buiness line for years and got told I need to move to digital voice, the open reach came on Tuesday to install it and the Wi-Fi is working but the calls were not working the engineer said that it can take up to 48hrs to activate, i can now make calls but still can’t recieve calls by are saying it should be working tbh they are not really bothered but this is now 2 weeks by business has been closed now and I’m losing money as we rely on incoming calls, ive checked al the connections and the cal divert etc but nothing , and bt don’t seem to be in a hurry to help me and every day my business is closed Im losing money

"I have run a fault test and they just keep messaging me to say they cannot get through to me"

It is surely imbecillic of BT to try to get through to a customer on a phone line he has reported as being faulty.
