There are a few pieces of information I need before I can advise you further on this.
Do you have a copper landline or are you on full fibre?
Are you A BT Retail customer?
Is your address correctly listed here: Postcode Finder - Find an address | Royal Mail Group Ltd

Yes I am a BT customer, on a copper connection and yes the address is correct on the Royal Mail site.
