Re: New connection not working

I am now 4 weeks without a landline after my fibre connection. No one is taking responsibility to see this fault through to the end the keep saying they will pass the fault higher but no one does anything.  Disgusted with the service I have received

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
