I should be grateful for your help, I am getting the attached nonsense message on My BT when trying to arrabge an appointment  for Digital Home Phone on My BT

If you check 'albert' on google it says stay away and don't download

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Reading the message in red, it doesn't seem to be one that you should see, as it reads more like one that our customer service guides would see, especially in reference to Albert.

if you are struggling to get an appointment arranged, it is worth getting in touch with our guides, and they can help to get it arranged for you.
