Are you a digital voice customer? If so have you tried following the link and instructions on this page under cancel caller display. To first see if its showing active? If it is and is not working try disabling it then wait an hour and re-enabling to see if that kicks it in.
If that doesn't work or if you are still on an analogue landline, please get in touch and one of our guides should be able to get it sorted for you.
