Separate landline charge on bill since recontracting

I recently re contracted to BT Halo 3+ from BT Halo 3 with digital voice which I already had.  The Digital Voice is Pay as you Go.  I’m now getting a separate monthly Landline charge of £2.  Is this something new?

As you re-contracted, I expect that the new contract charges £2 for PAYG. I thought it was £5.

Oddly enough, a few days later I was offered BT Halo 3+ for the price I was paying for BT Halo 3 which saves me £2.53pm which is more than covers the £2 landline charge, also I got TNT Sports for £12.  Is there a price list somewhere that shows these new charges?

since the introduction of a broadband only product there is now a charge if you want to retain ability to make and receive calls on home phone.  This can be £2/5  you can also select phone package PAYG, 700 minutes or unlimited calls
