Set up my voice mail from abroad

I can not access 1571 as I am abroad and did not set up a pin before. Any thought on how I can access or set up my voicemail.

I haven't checked but you may be able to set it up via your MyBT.

Hi @junar welcome to the community and thanks for posting. For security reasons, the pin can only be set up from your own phone so you won't be able to do this when you're abroad.

Thank you - had a look at my BT options as you suggested but I could not see anyway to set the pin.

Amongst the tasks I need to do on my return.
