Spare battery cover

Hello, 

I have a BT Decor 2200 telephone (version 2). Unfortunately the clips on the battery cover underneath the telephone have broken and so I am looking for a spare battery cover.

I got one very similar but it doesn't fit probably because it came from version 1 of the telephone, rather than version 2.

Do you know how I can get a spare battery cover for version 2?

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.

I doubt that you could obtain just a battery cover.
