Hello, we’ve had digital voice installed but if someone calls me on my mobile phone & I can’t answer the call the caller gets diverted to my landline phone number. How can I stop this? This has only happened since digital voice was installed. There is no call diversion/forwarding set up on my mobile phone. Thanks

It has to be a function of your mobile. Your landline will have no knowledge of calls to your mobile being answered or not. You can't configure DV to receive unanswered mobile calls.
