Was this someone visiting your property, or was it a customer service adviser on the phone?
It was a customer service telephone assistant who sorted out my move to a new property. The original order went very wrong but the persistence and daily updates to me were above and beyond normal service. The problem was resolved and I move next week, porting my existing service.
I have been a BT customer for eons! You have your issues sometimes but finding someone so good really encourages you to continue using the company.
This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators.
