If you speak with our customer care team, they'll be able to look into when and why it was added, and run through any options you have if you're looking to renew.
If the answer you get isn't the outcome you were looking for, I'd recommend following our complaints procedure so that it can be looked into further.

I have had several calls with customer services who say they cannot help and suggested contacting Openreach (which I have been unable to do - circular voicemenu options resulting in my call being ended by their system).
