Unable to cancel call barring on digital voice Motorola fw 500 hybrid phone.

We have successfully activated call barring FROM our phone using *341#

But now we can’t cancel it using #341*PIN#. So we can’t call OUT at all.

Have tried changing PIN online a number of times, but keep getting ‘PIN not recognised’ voice message.

Been like this for 3 weeks and BT seem to be unable to fix, including sending us a new phone.

HELP!

Unsure which handset I have but I too have barred all outgoing calls - and cannot cancel this.

HELP PLEASE!?

have you tried using MYBT using web browser then Navigate to Your Products > Digital Voice > Manage > Call Barring and use the toggles to turn off the barred outgoing calls
