I'm locked out from app for 20 minutes for some BT weird reason. Can't divert from handset, tried the *21* etc to no avail , it's still diverting to a person's mobile who isn't on call any more, WTF are BT on? How is their system so poor? Who is writing their software?
It's locked me out of the MyBT app for 20 mins as well.
All I did was put in my BT ID and password.
Their apps and systems are designed for maximum customer frustration thinly disguised as security.
No idea why anyone would even consider using the BT mail app.
