I have been trying to dial several numbers today from my landline/VOIP but each one has been temporarily unavailable, including my mobile phone.
I have functioning internet for the PC. I have tried the fault finding service on BT but it fails at the last instant. I have tried ringing the contact number 0330 1234 150 from my mobile but nothing happens. The AI assistant is useless.
I hope someone sees this soon and has another suggestion to get this sorted.
Thank you.

Pretty much as per the title. Digital voice worked fine, until today.
No mobile phone can call our landline, and we cannot call out to mobiles. Landline to landline is fine though.
I’ve called BT, ran diagnostics, there’s been a remote reset of the smart hub, they’ve said to call back at 6pm because their systems are down, so can’t offer any help.
Phone is plugged directly into the Smart Hub 2.
Anyone had a similar issue?
I'm having the same issue
I had a similar issue a short time ago, I called BT and they suggested was part of a wider issue - so I will be trying later tonight and see how I get on
Yes, I've just had a mail from Sky saying they tried to phone earlier today and could not connect. Something going on?
Broadband working ok but BT phone not working, says temporarily out of order...
On the BT check site it says this...
We're currently addressing an issue impacting calls across our networks. We're working urgently to fix this issue and will provide a further update as soon as possible.
Hi all.
Thank you for making us aware of this. We've passed on your comments on to the relevant team, who are looking into this.

This is no joke as I have a disabled person who relies on the landline and when talking to neighbours 4 others are also having the same issue. The problem is I have emailed since 9.38am today and also rung BT but have as yet not been able to talk to a human . I just get press this for this continuously and end up where I started from. Really bad service for a major vital company!!!!!!
there is obviously a wider issue from today's paper
MILLIONS of EE, Vodafone and BT customers are unable to make or receive calls.
