Upgrade to digital

I recently signed up to BT digital but since being told I was now connected the phones simply do not work despite a phone adapter. So I have cancelled the order. Anyone know how long it takes BT to re-instate the original service.

if you decided to move to digital voice then there is no going back to old analogue system.  did you get or have a BT SH2 which is needed to DV.  your phone then connects to green socket on back of hub not wall socket
