if you want to keep your landline number then you need to pay the extra £2/5pm to maintain ability to make/receive calls and have a calling package of PAYG/700 minutes/unlimited

Yes, I realise that, and having opted to keep my land line number, I would like it to ring on my mobile phone whether in the house or not, alongside any other tethered phones I may have connected to the router providing the digital voice

I don't see that is an option currently available. I have Call Divert to my mobile set so my mobile rings if the landline phone is not answered after 15 seconds and that works fine for me.
