My mum's phone line became dead yesterday. I have reported the fault and been advised it will be fixed by 2nd July. She is 89, lives alone and has a fall alarm that uses the landline. We are worried in case anything happens and she can't use her alarm. Is there a way to show her as a vulnerable case on the fault system, I can't see a way to do it?

Hi @Cherry22, sorry your mum's phone is not working. You'll need to get in touch to advise of her vulnerability unless it was already registered on her account and we'll see if the fix date can be brought forward. Check out Fix landline | BT Help for options on how to get in touch.
