Are you a BT Business customer?
No. Was given it as part of my broadband deal.
Really, looks like a business product to me that requires Cloud Voice (whatever that is)

As @licquorice has said, this is a BT Business VOIP handset which only works on Cloud Voice.

Why have I got one then? How weird. I was on EE broadband til my contract came up for renewal and now I’ve been sent a phone!
