caller I.D

The caller display on my mother's phone  still isn't functioning, despite BT messaging me to say the problem has been fixed. We have tried various handsets, to no avail. This function is important to my ninety year old mother, who uses it as protection against scammers, who have targeted her in the past. Can we insist this is investigated, and remedied?

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.

The only BT Employees are the forum moderators. I have asked one to post on this thread, and they should be able to fix it.
