how can i get help ? BT landline no service and nothing is being done to rectify the situation.
I have ordered a cloud BT service for a landline in January, I still have no service, I cannot dial in or out.
I have called BT every week since January trying to get connected for hours at a time. Each time a complaint is logged then closed 7 days later.
3 weeks ago they said I had two lines. the person I spoke to said he would change this to one line and call me back. He did not
2 weeks ago I spoke to someone about the outstanding bill that I have not paid due to no service. They said I would have service within 4-24 hrs still no service.
1 week ago same thing another complaint raised still no service.
Sol who sold me this package now does not answer my emails.
This is an appalling service that is not being rectified.
Please advise where I go from here.
