Hi, asking on behalf of my elderly mother-in-law. She does not have an internet package and doesn't want one. What happens when copper is switched off, will she be able to get a digital voice package without having a broadband connection?
Is it BT that she pays for the phone service ?
Yes, I'm pretty sure she is with BT - but not 100% sure
the elderly and phone only customer will be last to move to DV in 2025. you will need an internet connection for DV to work but that will be built into phone connection and only used for phone
