Joined up with BT for Fibre as they advertised it was available in my area, however, turns out they were wrong and I have to wait till as long as November.
Anyway, in the meantime, they have sent me 4 mini hubs. The first 2 were the wrong type. The 3rd worked for a week until it stopped connecting. The 4th has stopped working today after about 2 weeks.
Nobody at BT seem to know what the issue is. 4G still works in my area as I can still use the data on my mobile.
Anyone have similar issues before? It's been an absolute nightmare with BT since I joined in May,
Similar to our story. We have been without internet for over 2 months. They have finally said they can indeed install fibre but no idea when this will be. Due to complete incompetence I have seen so far I highly doubt it will ever happen. No one seems to know what is going on. Shambles
