I've recieved my broadband (FTTC) and have booked an appointment for an engineer to come round, but I've researched and it doesn't seem like I need an engineer to install anything.
Also, where do I find my activation date, I've checked my texts and email and can't seem to find it.

Did you receive a welcome email when you signed up for your home broadband?
You should receive an email or text from us confirming your activation date.
