Afternoon all, first post here.
Upgraded to Halo 3 which came with 1 disc. Unfortunately when setting it up the Qube engineer (John MacIver) told me, due to the distances involved in our long stone built bungalow, that I would need an additional disc.
Where do i go to apply for this ... the BT website is a minefield for non-tech savvy folks like me and I end up chasing my tail

Hi @alztheboy When you call ask for a extra Complete WiFi Disc. It is not a Halo 3 Disc.

The advice posted by both @VeteranISPUser and @imjolly is good. Your best bet would be to contact 150 who should be able to order another disc for you. Let us know how you get on.
