My aim - to check the current version of Filmware on BT Smart Hub 2. I followed the guidelines to select App settings I entered ADMIN password.
Message returned - Set up finished, your hub is working but isn't connected to the internet, this could be because your broadband service has not started yet. please check your activation date.
I have been successfully using this service for a couple of months - Any advice/suggestions welcome.
You don't need admin access to check the firmware version just click here Basic - Status
As for the rest of your question, I have no idea why it would say you aren't provisioned when it's actually working
