Hi,
I've recently moved to BT from Virgin and looking to use my Unifi GW / APs by setting up Bridge mode on the Hub2, I believe this isn't possible so would appreciate any recommendations as tactical go-to that's pretty cheap and will allow me to use my Unifi setup. The setup I have is FTTC unfortunately, but Virgin have put prices up again so lifting and shifting.
Any help would be appreciated, I've been looking at the MT992 but I not seen load of reccs for them.
Regards
Andy
If you have FTTC just get an Huawei HG612 from ebay
Don't pay extra for an unlocked one, it isn't necessary and is trivial to unlock in any case.
Thats great thanks for the speedy response, I'll start hunting now 🙂
As long as you are sure you are on standard VDSL and not G.Fast.
Hi,
Is there a way I can identify this at all, I'm still on virgin so have BT connection sat idle until I can move over and test, but cabinet apparently support upto 80mbps?

Andy
What service do you have and what speed have you been guaranteed?
I've got the Fibre 2 pkg which is guaranteed 60mbps although and an upper limit of 73.

Andy
Ok, that won't be G.Fast
