<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
Recently I have changed from broadband to ultra fast fibre broadband with a business smart hub 3. Previously I had a smart hub 2 with an extender disc in another room with my cctv plugged into it via an Ethernet cable. This set up enables me to view my cameras from my phone. However now I am unable to do this because my extender disc is not comparable. The only solution BT have offered me is to subscribe to their new discs compatible with my new router. Paying an extra £7 per month is not something I really want to do. Can anyone suggest an alternative. I don’t mind paying for a third party extender if it works.
