BT Broadband

I have installed my Hub 2 today. I used the WAN cable they gave me with my master socket. the Wi-Fi works perfectly fine. However, my ethernet ports around the house don't work. Am I missing something to enable these to work. I don't want to move my computer down stairs to directly connect to the hub.

Re: BT Broadband

If you are using the master socket then have FTTC so you should be connecting the modem cable rj11 to master and the DSL socket on SH2  you need to go to hub manager and turn of smart setup and in stats ensure FTTP is off
