Hi,
Over the last few months we have had a number of issues with BT customers being unable to access our website, www.superlogo.co.uk . They seem to get a 'web page unavailable' message and the only way we can get them onto the site is for them to switch to another web connection that isn't BT. We actually use BT for our own Broadband and did have the odd issue here too but switching to Google DNS servers seems to have cured the issue.
Would anyone know who we can contact at BT to help troubleshoot the issue, or advise on what the problem may be?

Your link is working fine for me how ever as it is against forum rules to post ecommerce links you will need to remove it from your post. If you want others to check to see if they can access it just post the name without it being a link.
I’m encountering this issue right now as well. Does anyone have advice on who to contact at BT for troubleshooting this? I’m wondering if it could be a routing or DNS caching issue on BT’s end. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!
Our issue turned out to be something to do with our web hosts. They assured us there was nothing wrong but after getting nowhere with them or BT we decided there was no harm switching hosts (who were also much cheaper). Never had a single issue since we swapped!
May be worth speaking to your hosts or considering switching!
