Re: BT DNS Problems

@naylor2006 Yes 🙂 I changed everything over to Cloudflare at around 9am Monday morning. At 3pm the BT / Plusnet DNS servers were still not resolving my website. All other DNS servers had propagated and were resolving fine. I think it was around 5pm the BT / Plusnet DNS servers starting working. I know it had been escalated and was being looked into, so I'm not sure if they resolved it or swapping to Cloudflare fixed it. If I was to guess, I'd say someone fixed the issue and swapping to Cloudflare made no difference. I'd already swapped the nameservers (on same host) before without any joy. At least it's working which is a relief!

Re: BT DNS Problems

Yeah there is another guy seemingly with the same issue.

BT is blocking my website - BT Community

Shame there was no definitive fix, but there often isnt any factual info we can get our hands on when it comes to the wild world of public DNS servers.

Re: BT DNS Problems

We are also experiencing the same issue with kajimcr.com: the nameservers have been picked up by all DNS servers except for BT brands. We have attempted to escalate the issue through the normal support channels and also emailed the DNS team inboxes for support, but without any success. I have also been monitoring the domains mentioned in this thread and other similar threads and can see that they are slowly getting picked up, leading me to assume that they either have a delay in picking up these domains or they are monitoring these threads and resolving the reports.

For those of you who have now managed to get your issue resolved, I would be interested to know which support channels you used to escalate the issue leading to the resolution. Any help or advice would be very welcome. Thanks in advance.
