BT is blocking my website

BT is blocking my website which is an important part of my work, I cannot showcase my upcoming events if BT are blocking my site.

https://rootedarts.org.uk

I've gone through support with the company hosting my site and they said the connection is being terminated by BT.

I have a few friends on BT who have also confirmed they cannot access the site ( it can be accessed when using an ISP hat isn't BT or EE). I have contacted the helpline who just asked me to restart my modem and have emailed BT through their various addresses dedicated to sorting these issues such as safebrowsing@bt.com but I have had no response.

I've put the site the urlvoid and ssltrust and they are coming back with no issues.

Has anyone else had this issue before and know the quickest way to get help?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also this is what I get when I run and nslookup from my home (EE) internet

*** UnKnown can't find rootedarts.org.uk: Non-existent domain

C:\WINDOWS>ping rootedarts.org.uk
Ping request could not find host rootedarts.org.uk. Please check the name and try again.

This is what I get when I run nslookup from another provider

C:\WINDOWS>nslookup rootedarts.org.uk

Re: BT is blocking my website

Reminds me of this post....BT DNS Problems - BT Community

Is it a block or just lack of BT DNS updating? Assume its not a new site.

The fix hasnt been confirmed yet but they migrated the domain to CloudFlare in the end, someone also posted over there another BT DNS post which did get resolved.

Re: BT is blocking my website

Hi naylor, thanks for the response.

Site went live in August, perhaps could be a DNS update issue but would also hope that it would have  been added between then and now. Was that someone in the CloudFlare forum? I'll go take a look and possibly make a post.

Ideally just needs escalating to someone from BT with the power to help.

Re: BT is blocking my website

No, they just updated though, in fact not even sure if it was the Cloudflare migrating that solved it in the end.

Re: BT is blocking my website

Have just been informed by my partner that this hasn't always been an issue and only started occurring around 10 days ago so wonder if it's been mistakenly added to a blacklist.

@rkeveratt it looks like your site has been tagged as malicious - we're checkin on why.

Are all your wordpress versions and plugins up to date? Any that you don't recognise?
