BT Disc on Hub 2

Does anybody have experience of whether a BT Disc will pass information through external walls.

Apart from the fact you haven't specified whether by external wall you mean 3 foot thick granite or timber cladding, WiFi propogation is unique to every environment and cannot be generalised. A certain level of connectivity can be expected but cannot be quantified

I live in a 1930s semi and can get good WiFi on the front driveway and in the back garden. The latter is a strong enough WiFi signal to hold Zoom and Teams' calls without issue. Whilst @licquorice is correct to say that you cannot generalise, WiFi will frequently penetrate external walls.

The wall in question is a standard cavity brick wall. My Hub @ seems to pass signal through without any problem, but will the Discs?

Why would the discs be any different?

I know that the hub 2 will pass through the walls, I just do not know about the Discs.

The signal power from both is the same. WiFi power is limited to 1mW in the UK.
