BT Hub 5

Go to solution

Trying to connect to my Hub5 at 192.168.1.1 in Windows 10 but get 'cannot connect'. Run Troubleshooter but get 'laptop is ok but 192.168.1.1 cannot be found'. Hub is working fine so what is the correct address?

hub is 192.168.1.254
