I've had Whole home wi-fi for 2 years but it's never worked properly. It works fine for general browsing and even YouTube and that type of thing but for anything more intensive like video calls on MS Teams or Cloud Gaming it fails to sustain the connection for more than a minute or so, leading to drop-outs in video calls and frequent disconnections in Cloud gaming.
The main disc is directly below (downstairs) my PC and Xbox. There is another disc about 3 metres behind me in the hallway.
How can I troubleshoot/resolve the issue?
