BT Whole Home Wi-Fi

Hi,

We have recently upgraded to BT Full Fibre 500 with Halo 3. We have the Smart Hub 2 and 3 BT Whole Home Wi-Fi disks located around the house. I've checked the speed at the Hub and I'm getting just over 500Mbps but when I check the individual disks I'm getting between 140Mbps and 270Mbps depending on their location and how many devices are connected. Does that sound about right?

Also am I right in thinking that when using the Whole Home Wi-Fi disks I should switch off Wireless in the Smart Hub?

Many thanks

@RPJ1

If you are using the white Whole Home Discs, with one disc physically connected to an Ethernet port on the Smart Hub 2, then you should turn off the wireless on the Smart Hub 2, to avoid interference.
