BT WiFi Discs or Cable?

I'm wanting to get the most stable connection in my gaming room upstairs.

The hub is directly below my room, but running a cable is a bit of a job.

I have 3 BT discs that I've never used. BT sent them to be a year or so ago and they're the black ones, still sealed.

Can they be of any use? Speed tests shows my WiFi is good but I wondered if using a disc and plugging it into my PS5 via ethernet would make anything more stable?

Speed tests shows the same speed throughout the house which is around 65mb.

Thanks

Re: BT WiFi Discs or Cable?

If you already have them, just try them and see.

Wired connection will always be preferable to WiFi however.

Re: BT WiFi Discs or Cable?

How do the discs work though? I mean, if a wifi disc is plugged into my PS5, is it technically just the same as WiFi?

Re: BT WiFi Discs or Cable?

Either use the discs for WiFi or hard wire from hub to PS5 not disc to PS5
