BT app and wholehome passwords

I lost our BT wholehome wifi password, not using default, so thought I might find it in BT app but the app wanted an update and when it reloaded it did not auto login and I have lost the username and pass for that.

So wondered if anyone  can help with this.

For the first issue, are you able to try following the steps to access your Whole Home password on this help page under the drop down I've changed the Wireless Network Password/key and now I've forgotten it, what can I do? You should be able to do this without needing to login to your BTID.

You will need the admin password to login to the page it advises and that link will advise how to find or reset the admin password if needed.

For the second issue if you are having issues with accessing your BTID/login to the app, have you tried just selecting the forgotten password link when logging in and entering your email address? If it doesn't work with the email address you are using and you are unsure what other email address you may have used you would need to contact us so our team can help confirm which one is being used and change it if needed so you can login again.
