I can't see how it can be the hub beeping, it doesn't have a speaker.
Turn the hub off to see if you still hear the beeps.
Obviously if it has no power it can't beep so that will rule it out and you can try and track down what is beeping knowing it is not the hub.
Thank you for that suggestion I will do that tomorrow morning ( I am an older person and at my best in a morning)
Also don't rule out your smoke alarms.
With several you'll physically have to be really near to identify the culprit
Again do you have smart meter...they also have the capacity to beep.
Smoke alarm is in another room & we don’t have a smart meter, I have stood next to the hub & it is definitely the hub, all very confusing

Hi @CarieCass So did you prove it by turning it off and then the beeping stops?
As I said at the start, sounds like the battery backup unit. Is it connected properly?
