My Win11 laptop has developed a problem accessing any BT sites, including this one. Sites immediately 'grey out' on me - i.e. the site comes up but it won't let me access it and the screen acquires a greyish appearance. However no such problems with the Win10 PC, which I'm using atm. Both systems connect via the same BT Smart Hub 2. I mostly use Firefox on both systems but it's the same with Edge.
Any ideas?

Yep, it's Malwarebytes browser guard add on mistakenly blocking cookie pop ups.
It did it a few weeks ago and then stopped but has restarted again recently.
